Payment & Expenses

  • Payment will be made five (5) days in advance of the session via bank transfer. Failure to pay in advance of the session may result in the session being cancelled without notice.
  • Expenses will be charged at the following rate:
    • Mileage 40p per mile
    • Other transport at actual cost (copies of receipts can be provided as necessary)
  • Bank details will be provided in advance of the first formal session.
  • Travel outside of a 20 mile radius / 1 hour round trip by car (from the Coach’s usual place of business) will incur an additional cost. Any travel time above the 1 hour travel allowance will be invoiced at £25 per hour (rounded to the nearest 15 minute period).

Guarantee

  • The Coach’s mission is to get the Client to the agreed objective in the most skilful and effective manner possible and wherever possible using techniques and processes that create consistent, reliable and durable change.
  • If the Client is at all dissatisfied with the service or the level of coaching, they should have a free and frank discussion with the Coach. The Coach will endeavour to address any matters of concern and will arrange a 30 minutes additional session to give the client an opportunity to decide whether they wish to carry on with the Coach’s services. This additional 30 minutes session will be without charge.
  • If the Client feels that the “old behaviours / habits” are reappearing then it is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Coach accordingly at the earliest opportunity and in any event within 8 weeks of the final coaching session. Once notified, a meeting will be arranged to discuss the situation in detail in a free and frank manner, and an extra 30 minute follow up session may be arranged if appropriate. At this point, the Client and the Coach will discuss next steps and whether a further programme of coaching is necessary. At the coach’s discretion further sessions may be agreed free of charge or a refund of the fees paid will be provided, up to a maximum of £500.00. The Coach will endeavour to offer the best service to the Client.
  • The Coach’s objective is to succeed in getting the Client to achieve their objective as set out in the Coaching Assessment Document.

Session Timetable

  • Sessions will be conducted face to face unless extenuating circumstances exist in which case it will be held as agreed by both the Client and the Coach. This change should be agreed at least 48 hours in advance of the original session date and time.
  • If the Client is at all dissatisfied with the service or the level of coaching, they should have a free and frank discussion with the Coach. The Coach will endeavour to address any matters of concern and will arrange a 30 minutes additional session to give the client an opportunity to decide whether they wish to carry on with the Coach’s services. This additional 30 minutes session will be without charge.
  • The number of sessions required will be continually discussed and agreed with the Client prior to booking the next session with the aim of achieving the Client’s specified objectives in the most timely and cost effective manner.
  • If for any reason the Coach has to cancel the Client’s session, the Coach will endeavour to find another appointment at the earliest opportunity to suit the Client. If the Coach is unable to find another suitable time, the Client will not be charged.
  • If the Client does not attend a session without providing the Coach with 5 working days notice the Coach reserves the right to charge for that session at the agreed fee.
